และสืบทอดมาจากรุ่นพี่ของเขา แบรี่ อัลเลน หรือ Flash คนที่ 2 (รุ่นก่อน) ซึ่งพลังของเขานั้น
จะแตกต่างจากแฟลชคนอื่นๆคือพลังของเขาจะต้องสร้างมาจากภายในจิต เพราะพลังที่ได้มา
อยู่ในช่วงตรงกลางของจักรวาล แห่งความเร็วต่างจากคนอืนๆที่ได้มาจากอาณาบริเวณ
   แฟลชยังได้รับพลังในการยืดหยุ่นร่างกายเมื่อวิ่งด้วยความเร็วและยังมีออร่าที่ป้องกัน
ไม่ให้ร่างกายของเขาเสียดสีกับเสื้อผ้า สามารถส่งถ่ายโอนความเร็วให้กับวัตถุจนเกิดแรงสั่น
สะเทือนถึงขั้นระเบิดได้ และเพราะความสามารถในการวิ่งเร็วของเขานั่นเองทำให้ร่างกายของแฟลช
เผาผลาญพลังงานมากกว่าคนปกติ จึงมักเป็นคนกินจุ และชอบของหวานเสมอ
